A106 Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe

A572 Carbon Steel Bar

ASTM A572 steel bar is a popular grade of high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel that is typically used in structural applications. A572 steel contains chemical alloys that enhance the material’s hardness and ability to bear weight. There are five different grades of A572 steel plate: Grade 42, Grade 50, Grade 55, Grade 60 and Grade 65.

Galvanized Steel Sheet

Galvanized steel sheet is standard steel that is coated in zinc to provide enhanced corrosion resistance. The galvanized protective coating protects the iron steel substrate from corrosion due to moisture, saturated environmental conditions, or ambient humidity.

304 Stainless Steel Plate

Grade 304 is the most commonly used stainless steel. It is an austenitic, corrosion-resistant steel with excellent strength, toughness, fabrication characteristics and weldability. The low carbon version, 304L, may be required for full corrosion resistance when thicker sections are welded.

316 Stainless Steel Plate

Type 316 stainless steel is an austenitic grade with added molybdenum. The alloy offers improved corrosion resistance when compared with Type 304, particularly in chloride environments.

A387 Carbon Alloy Steel Coil

ASTM A387 steel coil is chromium-molybdenum steel for pressure vessels for elevated temperature service. ASTM A387 steel coil include ASTM A387 Grade 5, Grade 9, Grade 11, Grade 12, Grade 22. Each A387 grade is divided into 2 class: class 1 and class 2.

A514 Carbon Steel Coil

ASTM A514 steel (also known as T1) grades incloud A, B, E, F, H, P, Q & S. This steel coil has a high yield strength and good weldability. ASTM A514 steel coil is quenched and tempered carbon-alloy steel. It is typically used when abrasion resistance and high-impact properties are required.

A516 Carbon Steel Coil

ASTM A516 covers carbon steel coils intended primarily for service in welded pressure vessels where improved notch toughness is important. According to different strength levels, the coils are available in four grades: Grades 55, 60, 65, and 70. The most common is Grade 70 or called out A516-70.

A537 Carbon Steel Coil

ASTM A537 standard refers to pressure vessel coils, material in heat-treated, carbon-manganese silicon steel. Based on different strength and heat treatment, it ranges to Class 1, 2 and 3. ASTM A537 Class 1 coils are supplied in the normalised condition whilst Class 2 coils are quenched and tempered.

On February 2026.02, Yunheng built a metal solid waste recycling workshop, with 100% closed-loop recycling of copper waste

The company has built a new copper waste treatment workshop to uniformly recycle brass, purple copper cutting scraps, and rolling waste residue. After sorting and purification, they are returned to the furnace for re refining, achieving zero waste transportation.

On May 12, 2025, Yunheng Factory's distributed photovoltaic system was fully connected to the grid, with green electricity covering 30% of production electricity

The Yunheng Metal Roof Photovoltaic Project has been completed and connected to the grid, covering the roofs of the brass extrusion workshop and the copper rolling workshop. The annual spontaneous green electricity is 2 million kWh, which can meet 30% of the auxiliary production electricity demand in the factory area.

The company's new lead-free C3604 brass extrusion production line has been officially put into operation, with optimized alloy ratios and lead content far below the RoHS limit. It is equipped with acid free green surface treatment technology and no discharge of heavy metal waste liquid.

2025.08 Yunheng Smelter Waste Heat Recovery Renovation Implemented, Energy Consumption Reduced by 26%

Yunheng has upgraded the waste heat recovery of brass and purple copper smelting and heating furnaces, recovering high-temperature flue gas heat to preheat copper billets and production water. Natural gas consumption has decreased by 26%, and annual carbon dioxide emissions have been reduced by 1400 tons.
