Product Features
1. High-purity Raw Materials:
Aluminum purity ≥99.7% (compliant with ASTM B214 standards) with low impurity content (Fe ≤ 0.15%, Si ≤ 0.10%).
Low oxygen content (≤ 0.1%) reduces oxidation risk, making it suitable for precision industrial applications.
2. Controllable Particle Size Distribution:
Adjustable from 1-100 microns (μm), supporting graded supply (e.g., 1-20μm, 20-50μm, 50-100μm).
Spherical particles account for >90% (excellent flowability), making them suitable for applications such as 3D printing and powder metallurgy.
3. Atomization Process:
Gas atomization (N₂/Ar shielding) results in highly rounded particles with minimal satellite particles.
Large surface area (3-8 m²/g) improves chemical reaction efficiency.
