Q3: What information do I need for an accurate quotation?

A: Please provide product grade, dimension, quantity, destination port and trade term (FOB/CFR/CIF). Complete specifications help us offer you the best price quickly.

Q4: What are your payment terms?

A: Main terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery or balance against B/L copy). Other terms can be discussed for long‑term partners.

Q5: What is your normal delivery lead time?

A: Stock items: 5‑10 working days. Custom items:15‑30 working days. Exact ETD will be confirmed after receiving your advance deposit.

Q6: Can you provide Mill Test Certificate and accept third‑party inspection?

A: Yes. Original MTC (EN 10204‑3.1) will be provided. We accept SGS, BV, Intertek and other pre‑shipment third‑party inspections.

Q7: What is your export packing?

A: Seaworthy packing with waterproof anti‑rust film and steel strapping. Pallets or plywood cases are optional according to your requirements.

Q8: Can I get steel samples?

A: Small cutting samples are free. Buyer bears international courier cost. Sample freight can be deducted from formal bulk orders.
