AISI 4140 Alloy Steel Bar

AISI SAE 4140 alloy steel is a chromium molybdenum alloy steel specification widely used in general purpose high tensile steel for components, like axles, shafts, bolts, gears and other applications. AISI 4140 steel gives greater strength and heat treatment capabilities in comparison.

AISI 4340 Alloy Steel Bar

AISI 4340 steel is a medium carbon, low alloy steel known for its toughness and strength in relatively large sections. AISI 4340 is also one kind of nickel chromium molybdenum steels. AISI 4340 steel properties offer good ductility in the annealed condition, allowing it to be bent or formed.

EN8 Carbon Steel Bar

EN8 is an unalloyed medium carbon steel grade with reasonable tensile strength. It is normally supplied in cold-drawn or as-rolled conditions. EN8 can be flame or induction hardened to produce a good surface hardness with moderate wear resistance.

EN9 Carbon Steel Square Bar

EN9 carbon steel is a medium carbon steel grade commonly supplied in the as-rolled condition. It can be flame or induction hardened to produce a high surface hardness with excellent wear resistance for a carbon steel grade.

12L14 Cold Drawn Steel Bar

12L14 is a type of American standard lead - sulfur free - cutting structural steel (Automatic Steel). Alloyed elements in free-cutting steel like Se, lead can reduce cutting resistance and improve the finish and precision of machined parts.

Titanium Alloy Bar

Incoloy alloys have more iron contents than inconel alloys. These alloys show outstanding corrosion resistance, strength, durability, and high-temperature stability.

Nickel Alloy Bar

The term nickel alloy refers to a metal that has nickel as one of its primary elements. Some types of nickel alloys are referred to as superalloys because of their superior oxidation and creep resistance, allowing them to be used at temperatures of more than half their melting points. Nickel alloys can be machined and welded but tend to pose some processing difficulties, as some alloys will work harden during machining, and their high melting points can make them difficult to weld.

Hastelloy Alloy Bar

Hastelloy is a kind of nickel based alloy. Hastelloy Alloy can be divided into two groups; one contains more molybdenum and the other contains more chromium. They all have excellent resistance to strong oxidizing solutions and high durability in reducing agents. Because of the low carbon content and less carbide precipitation during welding, they also have the ability to resist intergranular corrosion.
